Where my journey began
My connection to reflexology started long before it became my profession. When I was growing up, my father practiced reflexology at home and often worked on my feet. At the time, it simply felt calming and familiar, but those early experiences stayed with me in ways I didn't fully understand until much later.
Years down the road, those same memories came back as I began exploring reflexology more seriously. What once felt like a small part of childhood began to take on a deeper meaning.

Why this work matters to me
Over time, I've come to understand that most people are carrying more than they consciously realize. Sometimes it shows up as physical tension or discomfort. Other times, it feels more like exhaustion, stress, or a quiet sense that something isn't quite right.
You don't need to have everything figured out when you come in. My role is to create a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and begin noticing what your body has been trying to communicate.
From dental care to reflexology
Before becoming a reflexology therapist, I spent many years working as a dental assistant. The relationships I built and the care I was able to provide were meaningful, but over time I felt drawn toward something that allowed for more connection and a different kind of support.
I wanted to be able to listen more, to understand what people were experiencing beyond the surface, and to help in a way that felt more holistic.
Training and credentials
My training as a Registered Reflexology Therapist (RRT) allows me to work with reflexology techniques in a structured and professional way, while still creating a calm and supportive experience for each client.
I continue to learn through both education and hands-on experience, always with the goal of offering thoughtful care that supports relaxation, nervous system balance, and overall wellbeing.
How I work with you
Every session starts with a conversation. I take time to listen and understand what you've been experiencing, even if it's hard to explain. Some people come in with clear physical concerns, while others just know that something feels off.
You don't need the right words. You just need to show up.
My goal is always to help you feel comfortable, supported, and able to slow down enough to reconnect with yourself.

A space where healing can begin
I believe that when people feel safe, heard, and supported, the body naturally begins to relax. In that relaxed state, the nervous system can shift out of constant stress and begin moving toward balance again.
This space is meant to feel calm, welcoming, and free from judgement, so you can take the time you need to rest and reset.
